Daniel Rahman - How to tackle the Nordic talent shortage?

Daniel works as a CEO at Integrify and here is his tip on how to tackle the Nordic talent shortage:

I would approach this from a very different perspective. The way I see it since we already have over 20 000 international students in our universities and the university of applied sciences but we're not utilising the talent we already have here in Finland.

 

At the end of the day, people graduate with Finnish degrees but are still having difficulties integrating to society. So, I would place a huge effort into actually making the best use of the talent that we already have in this country and help them integrate into the Finnish workforce.
