Melanie Dower is working at Supercell’s relocation and onboarding team and here is her tips on how to tackle the Nordic talent shortage:

It's a great question but I think the way to tackle the talent shortage in Finland is to look at not just the people that we're trying to hire or attract but also the people that are coming with them. Moving to the country and starting a new job is a family decision.

If someone is coming with a spouse or children, their biggest question will be what I am going to do with them. There's a lot of wonderful things to offer here for families. I think it's a really important part of the question when we think of talent so how we can support the families too.
